First over the phone. Second in person. Third panel interview. Hired 2 weeks later. The people that interviewed me were extremely nice and calm. They did take longer than expected to reach back out to me, but when he did, they were very nice and positive.

They are usually looking for someone that knows the products and solutions. Someone that has produced a lot of revenue and someone who has a nose for prospecting
