Verizon interview questions

It took about 6 months from the first response to my online app via LinkedIn to receiving an offer. There were several interviews spaced several months apart. The telephone interviews were 45 min each and focused on behavioural questions. The pace to receive an offer was slow but then once I did, the process was efficient. After a 6 month process to get hired, I worked for 12 months, received a raise, excellent performance reviews, and was then part of the 20% RIF. That process was efficient too.

The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
