Interview
hiring process is based on whether or not someone likes you as there is discussion about candidates flaws and not strengths; the interview process is a group of 2 or more and its scored to rank you among applicants. just a process you have to put up with as an applicant at any job looks like.
all situation questions used to measure your skill; id say the interview was difficult because if you dont show mastery of the question you wont get hired. many people think they have done a good job because they answered the question when in fact you just barely got by.
