Interview
I had two phone interviews, an assessment, and then and in person interview. It was hard in the phone interview because I had never had one before, but after that phase I was myself and just honest about how Customer service is a passion of mine and gave detailed examples of my previous experience in the service industry.

Interview
It involves a phone interview, if selected you are than schedule for an onsite testing that last about an hour. I think the testing is the hardest part of the interview, because they have such high expectation.

Interview
Interview process began with an online application and assessment. I was then contact or a phone interview within a couple days. After I passed my interview I was scheduled a face to face with two managers whom interviewed me in the STAR format.
