Verizon Assistant Retail Store Manager interview questions

The interview was behavioral. They asked about what I would do in certain situations. They asked about different reactions I have had in certain situations of stress, etc. They asked what I would specifically do to increase sales in certain categories if an increase in that category was needed.

The interview was very professional and straight forward. They made me feel comfortable just by keeping it a little more casual as far as questioning goes. I was able to be myself. Therefore, It made the interview go much more smoothly for me. Over all a pretty painless process.
