Ventas, Inc. interview questions

The whole process took about 5 weeks. 2 phone interviews, 1 Skype interview, and 1 in person interview with about a week between each interview. All the interviews were very typical and what you would expect.

The recruiting coordinators were organized and friendly, and they made the entire process flow well. However, I was told the interview would be strictly technical and behavioral questions. When I showed up, they told me they decided to add an Excel modeling case study at the last minute. Given I had no notice, I was completely unable to prepare.
