Ventas, Inc. interview questions

Had a phone screen with the recruiter. Came in for in person interviews. I took assessments prior to coming in and no one that I interviewed with had even looked at them. I was the first person they interviewed for the position and the recruiter told me they’d follow up once more people went through the process. They never reached back out and the recruiter never responded to my emails or phone calls to try and close the loop.
