Varonis Systems interview questions

I had an initial call with a recruiter who asked standard questions about my background and interests. The conversation then shifted unexpectedly when he requested I complete an IQ and personality test, without much explanation. I spent about 45 minutes on the assessment, and while I believe I performed well, I never received my scores or discussed the results. Ultimately, I wasn't invited for further interviews, which felt like a significant time investment without transparency into their hiring process. I am not too pleased with the company.

Wasted a month getting dragged around the interview process for different roles as they acted like they wanted to find a fit. Ends with zero communication for weeks followed by a pre-baked email with zero feedback. Never interested in getting involved with this company again, utterly exhausting process.
