4 Rounds of interviews:
1. Recruiter Screen (15-20mins)
2. Interview with Team Lead Regional Sales Engineering (30 mins)
3. Interview with Manager Technical Sales Engineering (30 mins)
4. Interview / Technical Presentation with Director of Sales Engineering and another member of the Sales Engineering Team. (60 mins)
Overall, the process was positive. First three interviews were very conversational and laid back. I got the impression they were mostly looking for a good fit culturally and received positive feedback on those stages of the interviews.
Technical Round wasn't too bad. Sent an outline of what to prepare in advance. Present on a chosen topic for 15-20 minutes.
I got the feeling at the end of the technical interview that my interviewer didn't quite feel like I had met the expectation they were looking for. I feel like I had presented well and met the expectations of the presentation. So not really sure what they would have wanted more/different. Ultimately, was not chosen for further rounds/offer. Not really much feedback beyond that.
Disappointed not to get an offer as things had gone really well through the initial rounds. But, so it goes with interviews. Sometimes it works out, sometimes not.
Good experience overall. Seems like some really good, genuine people that I got to chat with.
