Vans Sales Associate interview questions

The interview was super easy. Questions like "Why Van's?", "Why do you think you'd be a good fit here?" etc. Just the basic questions, nothing too tricky. The interview was about 30 minutes and the attire required is super relaxed. Before your interview, go into Vans and see how people dress. That is how you want to dress and match the vibe of the associates, although they will be wearing primarily Vans clothing, yours does not need to be vans, but if you do wear it I could only see that as a plus.

Group interview with three other people at the store and we would take turns answering the same questions. It went by pretty fast and wasn’t anything too scary. It was a very casual and relaxed environment.
