Vans Sales Associate interview questions

Typical retail sales group interview, asking about and carrying out scenarios that happens when dealing and servicing customers. Asked about how to approach personability and promotions with regards to servicing customers on what they want for coming into the store.

First I completed the video interview which consisted of 4-5 questions. Then I was called for an inperson interview. Overall the process was smooth and the questions that I was asked were general behavioural questions.
