Vans Sale Associate interview questions

The interview process was short and casual. The hiring manager asked many generic sales associate questions. I applied about a few days before I got a call. They happened to be hiring at the time, so they had a lot of interviews scheduled. This was at an outlet location, so I think the store is usually crowded.

easy, hassle free, fun, inviting, manager was super cool and laid back. I only had to wait about 5 days before getting an interview. It's a great first job, much better than working fast food in my opinion.
