VMware Member Technical Staff interview questions

Interview process started with a telephonic followed by F2F at there office. I cleared the telephonic and immediately got a call for F2F. There were 2 F2F technical discussion and one manager round. Manager even took technical discussion and bit of managerial questions. At the end of interview manager told that one more person in his team also want to meet me and he is on leave. Probably there will be one telephonic you can expect and HR will be the contact person.After couple of days of no response, I send a mail to HR and they called me immediately after that and said "You are lagging in certain areas and we are not moving forward with your profile." Also she checked with me saying another team has an opportunity and she will process for that team instead but it is in a different location.I said Ok as but no response after that.

Applied through the campus recruitment drive that happened in my college.First round was IQ test and some technical puzzles from C and Algorithms.Had three rounds of technical interviews and one HR interview round.
