The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VMware (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Three 30 minute interviews for VMware Tanzu.
Feedback to interviewer and the company.
This is an interview not an interrogation.
Don’t pick your nose on camera in the middle of an interview.
Slow down. Extensive multipart questions with complicated answers, while speaking at lightning speed are just unwarranted and add additional stress to the process.
Provide feedback after the interview. Not doing so reflects poorly on you as a company and organization.
Asking vague, ambiguous questions that are barely related to the answer you’re looking for causes confusion. Ask questions on what you’re looking for.
