VMware interview questions

A recruiter reached out after I applied, then disappeared, then came back and set up a phone screen. I moved on to meet with the hiring manager, then heard nothing. Then a week later the recruiter checked in to see if I was still interested. I said yes, then nothing. Very very odd process.
