VMware interview questions

Extremely drawn out. Lack of communication. Lots of shareholders have to be contacted. Entire process allegedly takes 90+ days. After getting through to the second round, had 3 offers from other companies. If I wanted to continue to the 3rd round with VMware, there would be probably 30+ more days that I would have to wait. Who knows how long it would take to get an offer after the 3rd round.

Interview held online and 2nd and 3rd round was about for 40 to 45 minutes. 1. Telephonic screening 2. Technical (In my case most of the questions from networking) 3. Managerial 4. HR Also during 1st round they primarily check the English communications.
