3 phase interview. One with HR, one with the Director of the team, and last with the Hiring Manager. Phase 1) Easy "get to know you interview." Tell me about a time. Pretty standard Phase 2) Definitely more challenging as the person filling this role had to have a decent idea of what some products did. Phase 3) Show and tell. Bring an example of some work and be able to verbalize the impact of the project.

6 interviews, 1 technical involving a test on the program you would be using at work, 5 others speaking with different managers about work accomplishments, examples and challenges. Also the chance to ask them your questions as well.
