VMware interview questions

I Received a email from VMware with the Jobs available I applied online with the requested details I received a call in two days with a telephonic interview from the senior manager of the process. He mainly wanted to know the skills i had and the attitude i had. Then, he scheduled me for a 1 on 1 interview the very next day. When i went there he and a tech lead from the process interviewed me about the type the skills i possessed and my previous job nature. They were satisfied but wanted me to be interviewed by a director in Ireland. I received a call that very evening and the call went on for close to 2 hours. He confirmed that i was selected. Then the very next day, a HR called me with the offer details. The offer was above the normal market level with various perks. I accepted that offer online itself and joined 2 months after serving my notice period which my Project manager was kind enough to allow me to do so

They approached me by mail. After I sent my resume and had an interview with an HR person there was an phone interview. It was for general software development knowledge and lasted 1h. After I was approved they send me an small development assignment to develop in 3-5 days. After they were satisfied with my implementation of the task they asked me what was the most convenient time for me to go for an face to face interview. The last interview were actually 3 different interviews in one day. Each one of this interviews lasted 1,5h and was with different persons. 3-5 days after the last stage they offered me a concrete job. Finally with my signed permission they started a process of background check.
