VMware interview questions

The employee was the first point of contact and he asked me a list of questions. Then the first call was with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. That went very well so I was scheduled by the internal recruiting team for several in-person half-hour each interviews on site.

Referred by current employee Day 1: Interviewed with 4 people at Senior and Manager level Day 2: Interviewed with Director the next day Day 2: Offer extended the same day The process was really fast, but I think that's due to the recognition of potential employee talent and they want to secure it before the candidate interviews with another company.
