VMware interview questions

The recruiters are very nice, but will promise you anything. The job that I was actually interviewing for was not in the Proposal group, but I did interview with them so that they could have input. Before coming onsite, the hiring manager had me research and write a one-page thing on iOS. After a quick tour of the offices, I spent about an hour with various hiring managers. After the first week of in-house training, I found out that I was reporting to the Proposal group. I soon found out why turnover was very high in the Technical Proposal Group.

Did not receive an offer but was told they wanted to find another role better suited for me. 2 hours of interviews for new role via phone (they tried to minimize interview cycle after acknowledging how much I had already interviewed, especially as it was in the same org) Did not receive an offer in favor of an internal candidate.
