VMware interview questions

I’ve had a recruiter reach out to me via LinkedIn and schedule an initial consultation. That went well and I was told that next step is an interview with the hiring manager, this was supposed to be arranged within a week as per the recruiter’s assurance. Then recruits has disappeared and stopped answering all her emails. Despite chasing her twice, I was completely ignored. Terrible process, it’s unacceptable to waste people’s time with a 40 minute discussion, to then go away and stop replying. Wouldn’t recommend.
