I was Interviewed in Video call It was two rounds. 1,technical and hr round Few technical questions related to your resume Hr round was about Interpersonal skills ans technical round was about the Job position

Been reached out by one of their talent recruiter. Did first interview with HR then a second with the hiring manager and then no news/no update. I get that my profile wasn’t selected but what’s wrong with not giving a reply? I was really surprised as it’s the first time that I’m getting no update at all from a tech company and so, even after following up (literally ghosted). Beyond my little ego, I ve found it offbeat in comparison to the VMWare overall reputation. I would suggest to have a bit more consideration for your candidates.
