VMware Technical Editor/Writer interview questions

I applied online after seeing a job posting on Twitter from the Copyediting site. I received a phone call from my prospective manager and had an initial phone interview. This was followed by a two-hour editing test. Once the editing test was reviewed, the manager gave me a follow-up phone call and offered me an in-person interview. I went to the Palo Alto campus for the in-person interview. The process was good and I received an offer that day.
