Very long take-home assignment and many stages. It was interesting, but the longest interview process I have ever been through. I think it was lacking a bit of transparency too, I think they changed the role I was interviewing for partway.

Interview
They first contacted me through linkedIn where I was in contact with a recruiter. He set me up on an Interview with the Hiring manager, then got myself a technical test. After passing it, I got through a Virtual Onsite Interview. All of the conversations and interviews were natural and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the entire process

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2021
Interview
Had 4 technical rounds, 1 behavioral round and a final round with VP. It was a great experience with a good mix of questions on my experience, Unity, C#, tech stack and coding challenges.
