I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Boston, MA) in Apr 2019
Interview
The Process was very efficient and straight forward, I was kept in the loop the entire time and the expectations of what was required from the position was very clear from the get go. The team was able to provide plenty of time for me to ask questions and interact, it really didn't feel like an interview which but more of a group discussion to get a feel for my personality and the team's. The process took a few weeks but only due to poor timing and vacations already scheduled, otherwise I think it would have gone much quicker.

Question 1
Basic User Story questions, Backlog management, Prioritization, Road mapping, Problem Solving, nothing confusing or out of the ordinary for a PM. The interview wasn't meant to trick me but to get an understanding of how I work and what I am capable of.
