1) hr interview and CV screen 30 min
2) peer behavior style interview 30 min
3) case study interview 2 hours (given case in first 5 min, 45 min to work on it offline, then present findings and answer questions for final hour.
4) behavioral style interview with more senior leaders in the group.
HR was very responsive and let you know within a day or two if you were moving on.
Only complaint is that 4 interviews are alot and it stretched the time between the first interview to receiving an offer to be just over 1 month.
