I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Mar 2022
Interview
Very smooth interview process beginning with an HR screening call, followed by an interview with the hiring Manager which provided more information about the role and also tested for technical knowledge required for the role. Finally the interview process ended with multiple "onsites" which were essentially interviews with other teams members to assess overall fit for the team and the role. In total the process took about 3 weeks from first contact to offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many situational questions to assess experience handling projects in various phases, managing stakeholders, competing priorities, etc. All questions were asked "describe a time when..." or "tell me about..."
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2022
Interview
Long but very positive. Mostly behavioral and about past experiences/skills. Very open minded, respectful, and curious interviewers. Had an initial interview about my general information, availability, why I'm interested in the role etc. which I assume was a screening interview. Following that I had 3 interviews (one with each of the people in my team). 30 minutes each.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2022
Interview
- Received an InMail from a talent sourcer.
- Interview with the talent sourcer to sell the organization and see if there is a fit.
- Interview with hiring manager to assess technical capacities and confirm the fit.
- Do a take home test.
- Interview with business and management stakeholders.
- Interview with technical colleagues.
- Final discussion with recruiter about the offer and other questions.
Throughout the process, you are followed by the same recruiter so the whole experience is fluid. Overall, a very smooth and nice experience. I'm happy that I got an offer :) I accepted it!
