The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Apr 2022
Interview
My experience of interviews at Unity was great. I had 4 rounds of interviews and they were relaxed, reasonable, and focused on getting to know the candidate's background and hearing about their experiences rather than generic HR-type questions. The whole hiring team was very accommodating, patient and helpful throughout the process

Question 1
Q: Tell me more about Motion Design in general, what makes you interested in it and what do like working on the most ?

Interview
A few days after applying, I got contacted by the Lead Technical Recruiter who walked me through the whole recruitment process. After that, I had a couple of interviews to have an overview of the job and do a preliminary skill assessment. After that, I had 3 extra interviews. 2 of them were deep dive technical interviews where I had to review some code and profile a game. The third was more of an informal discussion. Finally, I had to provide some references (2 team members and 2 Leads). Throughout the whole process, I kept in touch with the Lead Technical Recruiter.

Question 1
Describe when you were the only person with a particular opinion and had to advocate for it within your team or your manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had to participate in a phone screen first before moving onto on-site. I was told by the recruiter there would be one coding, one system design and a behavioral round. But I was given two coding rounds and one behavioral instead. I spent a good deal of time preparing for system design so I did not appreciate this curveball.
During some of the coding rounds I was asked some behavioral questions which ate up the time I had to solve the coding questions. There were some great interviewers but there were also others that seemed determined to see you fail.
