I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2021
Interview
First, culture fit with VP, really friendly and relaxed talk. Then I had to meet a Lead, 3 engineers, and a Scrum Master from the team. They all have their own questions, which are not demanding on their own, but having that many interviews can be challenging.

Question 1
General culture fit, besides that: - How do you think your Unity work will help you accomplish your goals? (to me sounded tricky) - Mention how you used Unity product in a project. (I was applying for Web so kinda weird as Unity Engine is for games)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity in Mar 2022
Interview
It was super slow and took 3 months. First a basic HR interview, one hour interview with the team lead and coding assignment and after that a technical interview with the team. They wanted me to code with go and node.js. There are medium data structure questions.

Question 1
Questions about Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, building high level architecture... I described what what technologies we're using in our company and they asked why and what are the benefits of using the specified technologies. I can say it is a technical discussion. How methodologies works etc. They wanted me also describe the home assignment and what is the complexity, what is the benefits and drawbacks of the code etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Vancouver, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Had an Initial call with a recruiter, and then 5 more interviews with 3 team members, and 2 technical artists from different teams. The process took 4 weeks, in which I had continuous contact with the recruiters. Very friendly guys I must say, always offering support and answering all the questions I had.
