The interview process was well organized and they kept me updated through each stage of the process. Interviewers were friendly and well prepared and gave insightful answers to questions asked.

Interview
I had several rounds of interviews. First meeting with Talent Acquisition where there were just general questions related to my background and what I was looking for in the role. I then had a chat with the hiring manager where they explained the role more and had a conversation about my management style and experiences were. I then had two more one on one interviews where I discussed past experiences and how I would work through certain situations as well as how I would set my team up for success. Final interview was with the hiring manager one more time where we went a bit more in depth with some questions and gave me another chance to ask the questions I had.

Interview
After being referred to the role through an existing employee, I went through the following interviews: - 30 minute recruiter call - 75 minute hiring manager call (fit chat, basic technical screen) - 60 minute technical interview (2 interviewers, various technical topics) - 75 minute technical interview "virtual onsite" (2 interviewers, use Unity tools to debug poor performance in a Unity project) - 75 minute technical interview "virtual onsite" (1 interviewer, sample customer-written C# code/script analysis - code review) - 30 minute culture fit interview (1 interviewer, non-technical behavioral question / discussion) A single Unity recruiter guided me through the entire process, helping with questions I had and handling cross-timezone scheduling in order to line up with other companies' offer deadlines.
