Seamless process. Perfect time management, efficiency in each steps and fast communication.
2 screen phone interviews 20 min each (1 HR / 1 Hiring Manager)
6 on site interviews
1 wrap up phone discussion (Hiring Manager)
Be prepared and be yourself. Time will fly during this one day of 6 on site interviews (45 min to 1 hour each).
Although the interviews were very friendly you will sense clear expectations for the role as clear current / future challenges you will face if hired. They really emphasized on who is Unity and what it is to jump on board.
Interviewers showed sincere interest in my background as also challenged me on my knowledge, skills, soft skills, and creativity.

Interview
I was contacted via a recruiter in November. I went through 3 phone screens and an on-site interview in December. The recruiters were extremely professional and responsive. In addition, they helped me to schedule interviews around my awkward school schedule. Overall, it was a very smooth experience.

Interview
First round: Coderpad video chat interview for one hour. Asked algorithmic problem and discuss interest in Unity Technologies.
Second round: Full day interview onsite. The first interviewer asked to design a system. This involves whiteboarding and connecting components together. The next round was the behavioral interview. I was asked questions about my career interests, etc. The next rounds were algorithmic based interview questions and asked to discuss big O complexities.
