I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2018
Interview
After the recruiter answered to my message, I had to pass an online programming test. I had 2 hours to complete 4 exercises.
Some days after the test, I was contacted for an on-site interview. I met 2 persons there. This was a super friendly interview. We talked about the company, the team I was about to join, their backgrounds, my background and past projects. They really focused on the experience and the personality to be sure you will fit the company/team mindset.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was referred by a current employee. Pretty standard process of phone screen, assignment, and then onsite. After my onsite, there was a bit of delay in response, but I continued to follow up. Eventually, they came back with an offer for a different role with similar responsibilities so I accepted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing at Unity Technologies. My recruiter was very responsive and scheduled my interviews very quickly. The interview process lasted 3 weeks and consisted of a phone screen, Coderpad challenge, and a 4-hour in-person interview. The problems were difficult, but my interviewers collaborated with me and helped guide me to the solutions. I received a response 2 days after my onsite interview and am excited to start working there!
