Interview
During first callback with the recruiter, I let her know I had an outstanding offer with a very tight deadline. She made it clear that the interview process typically took several weeks, and encouraged me to do what was best for me. The phone screen with the hiring manager was the following week, and apparently went well enough that they accelerated the hiring process to match my schedule. The communication, transparency, and flexibility was so far beyond anything I'd ever experienced before. I was truly blown away, and felt more valued than I have ever felt in my whole career.
