I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Overall great experience. The process consisted of a recruiter call, manager/team lead call, take-home test, and on-site interviews. The process went REALLY quickly for me. I generally knew the outcome of each interview/step within 1-2 days. Everyone was very kind, and I actually had a lot of fun during my on-site interviews. Yes, I said the interviews were *fun*.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
My experience with the interview process at Unity was smooth and organized. After having lunch with the design team, they agreed to continue my candidacy with a phone screen interview. After the phone screen interview, I spoke with another Lead Graphic Designer and the Creative Director.

Question 1
Explain to me your design process. If I were to ask you to design a new campaign for our Asset Store, how would you tackle it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The process from the beginning to the end was wonderful. There was total of 5 rounds for my role. 1st round was with HR and then later with hiring manager. After that I had a video call with the head of department and then another video call with the hiring manager. Final was an onsite and meeting the team along with a tour. Every stage of the process was very smooth and Unity HR and the Manager kept me updated on the status of the interview. They planned my onsite visit, which was great as I was traveling from out of state. Visiting the Unity office really allowed me to get a better feel of the culture and energy. Really know why you want to join Unity and their goal before you go through the interview.
