I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, Inglaterra) in Mar 2019
Interview
Very focussed and detailed and spread out over a number of months but very well controlled and managed by the recruiter Sean Canning. All interviewers were welcoming and remarkably open with information even at the early stages of the recruitment process as well as being open to follow-up emails asking for further details and additional phone calls when needed.

2nd round was take home coding challenge. 4 questions. 1.5 hours. Easy to medium questions on codility.
3rd round was onsite. 4 interviews, 3 algorithms 1 system design. Easy - Medium Questions on leetcode. They cared more about approach, thinking and correct answers rather than optimized answers.

Interview process was very smooth. Recruiting team is helpful and friendly. Team members are also helpful and ready to answer questions about team and culture.
