Unity interview questions

A recruiter from Unity got in touch with me on Linkedin and asked if I was interested. I was, so he sent me the job description and organized some calls. I was living in another country so everything was done remotely and very fast: it took an average of 2 days to get a reply from every step. After a couple calls I did a test with no deadline, which they liked. Two more calls after, in which I met several members of the team at different levels of the organization, they made me a decent offer with no room for negotiation, but good room for improvement over time (we'll see if this is real). The process ended in the end of January, but it would've lasted less if there wasn't for the christmas period which slowed things down on both sides. Over the process I was treated awesomely, and they even made the effort do make the calls after my working hours in my previous company.

Unity HR is awesome. She is friendly, punctual, and answered all my questions. My interview experience was pleasant until I speak with the Head of Business Development in SG. She was late to attend the interview, and she was in a rush to finish the interview session. She doesn't try to understand the candidate experience and skills. Unity should review the way she carries the interview session with other candidates.
