Interview process started with a take-home codility test which included general data structure/algo problems. This followed by a follow up call with lead and engineers to discuss how I came up with specific answers/solutions. Finally, had long discussion on past jobs, projects and so on.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Sep 2024
Interview
I applied online. After 3 weeks I received an email from the recruiter setting up an interview which she cancelled last minute and rescheduled for the week after. During the interview, she asked me super technical questions while she had no technical background at all. At the end, she said since the manager works in Israel, we probably won't move forward due to time zone difference but I will get back to you. I never heard from her even though I followed up. I got ghosted. Why do you advertise the job as remote Canada when you are looking for certain ethnicities and certain time zones and why do you waste their time interviewing? I guess you need to interview certain percentage of people from minority group so you can say you are an equal opportunity employer. Don't waste your time on this company. Pretty messy.
