I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Copenhague, Hovedstaden) in Sep 2022
Interview
I had an initial call with the recruiter. After that I had the first interview with the hiring manager, where we talked about my previous experiences, what kind of challenges I faced and how I resolved them. There were also some programming questions. Next there was the interview with a senior member of the team. This interview covered various questions on both software design and questions specific programming languages. Lastly I met another team member and our discussion was mainly around behavioural questions. Overall I had a very positive experience during the interview process. Everything was well organised , my recruiter was very responsive and booked a call whenever I had questions or concerns.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Pereira, Risaralda) in Sep 2022
Interview
I don't want to write about the steps in the job application (other reviews mention them); instead, I'll write about my personal experience and the people who guided me through the process. The process is technical and human, well scheduled and conducted, and they respect people's schedules and times. All the people I met with (HR, TLs, MNGR) accurately represent the spirit of the company and its name, are professionals with a lot of knowledge in their area, friendly, polite, and listen to you. This job application was a game-changer for me.
