I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process with Unity was very straightforward but quite challenging.
The first step of the process was a call with a technical recruiter, which was an introductory call where she explained to me the hiring process and what Unity stands for. I was asked to introduce myself and say a bit more about my background.
After that call, I received an email from the Unity team to schedule a call with the Hiring Manager. The call was around 1 hour long. Extremely pleasant. The manager was testing if my skills and background suit for the role, asked a few situational questions, also explained what kind of person they are looking for.
After the interview with the Hiring Manager, I was asked to complete an assessment which consisted of 3 parts: a SQL test, a situational question, and a task which was specific to the role.
After that, I had two calls with some other team members, which again was extremely pleasant and was aimed to see if I will be a good fit culturally and if my background suits for the role.
The next interview was a call with 5 teammates, where they were asking about my background, projects I've done in the past, and a couple of situational questions.
Finally, I had a call with a more senior Customer Success team member, it was my chance to hear about Unity and the long-term goals and I had an opportunity to ask my questions about Unity's global vision.
After that, I was asked to provide contact information for the reference check.
Overall, I must say even though the process was quite long, it was completely worth it. It was the best interview experience I had. Everyone was extremely pleasant, down to earth. They were genuinely interested in me and wanted to do my best throughout the interview process. The questions were insightfully aiming to showcase my strengths.
The most important thing is to do your homework, read about the company, about your role(what does this involve and your understanding about it), read the company's blog (it's very informative and insightful)

I applied online. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
Best interview process I have ever been through. Clear and consistent communication each step of the way.
An internal recruiter contacted me first, then I met with the hiring manager, then 3 other team members. Everyone was engaging, kind, and very helpful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about your past experience.
Situation questions about stakeholder engagement, project management style/philosophy, ect...
I was contacted about a position and asked for my availability. After providing it I did not hear back, followed up and was told the position was already filled although the position continues to be reposted. If I was no longer a fit I would have appreciated the transparency. I was then offered to interview for another role, and never contacted again for the second time.
Recruiters are the image of the company and it left a bad impression.

Question 1
Asked for availability twice and never contacted again, poor candidate experience.
