I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very thorough. People were very nice and helpful. Multiple stages of interviews to get a better sense of your skills and personality. Interviews were engaging. Interviewers seemed interested the candidates they were interviewing.

Question 1
What have you recently worked on that you're most proud of?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
Extremely down to earth interview process. The interview consisted of the standard HR phone call, manager screening, 2 technical interviews with a personality interview with the product management team.
The process was very long spanning over 2 months, with multiple periods of silence. Considering the hyper expansion this is completely understandable and HR was always quick to respond to emails explaining possible delays.
Overall very positive experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, one-hour meeting with the hiring manager, take-home programming challenge, four one-hour interviews (graphics, Unity experience, general programming / technical skills, and culture fit). It was a long process but Unity provided a lot of great links and prep material so I felt like I knew what to expect in each interview.
