I applied online. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
From start to finish, the process lasted about a month with four separate virtual interviews. I first met with an HR rep who posed the standard screener questions. My next interview was with the hiring manager and the third was with her UK counterpart. The final interview was an hour presentation based off several questions the provide for you in advance.

Interview
Overall they were all very nice and I enjoyed the interviews. Often they set themselves unreasonable response time goals but other than that they weren't too slow to get back to me. The questions felt relevant. I liked that instead of on-the-spot coding tasks I was given 'home work' and they just asked me about what I did. I dislike however the last interview, which was just a q&a with past interns and was unnecessary; it wasn't an actual interview and got me sadly hyped for the job. I would apply again, and the recruiter was always willing to help!
