Interview
Very thorough interview process. It was a long process of 8 steps. The recruiter was very responsible and kind and provided a lot of information about each interview and which skill would be evaluated. I felt that she was setting me up for success.
1.Recruiter phone screen

3.Skills assessment interview with a potential future colleague
4.Skills assessment interview with a leader of a dev team
5.Skills assessment interview with someone from sales
6.Skills assessment interview with a the boss of hiring manager
7. Final interview with an executive.
8.Reference checks (2 managers and 2 peers), note that I had to provide references between knowing the offer.

Amazing throughout! I really got to know the team and get an overview of what it would be like to work for Unity. One thing that stood out to me was the fact that the questions aren't to intimidate you, but to really get to know you.
