Unity interview questions

One of the BEST companies I've interviewed with!! They focus on asking questions about your personality and your work attitude, and all of them are centered around your experiences (e.g. "tell me about a time you had to work with someone who had a different work ethic than you"). The interviewers were super nice and kept the interviews conversaitonal (which made me much less nervous), and the recruiter was extremely responsive and quick to answer my questions and give advice. Unity really values people's personalities as much as their experience, and you can really tell!

Very honest process, they tell you from the beginning what to expect even compensation wise there is no surprise at the end because it was discussed during the first HR call. I had a 1 hr call with the manager, followed by a 2-3 hr take-home project, 30min call to discuss it, 1 hr call of design discussion, 1 hr of behavioral and finally a 30min with the chief of engineering as a formality.
