Interview
The process consisted of a total of three rounds. The first round was the initial recruiter call and role fit which was followed by another call with the hiring manager and after that was a panel interview split over 3 days with four people. All calls were on zoom with video.

Interview
At first I got an email, to confirm a phone call. After the phone call I was given a homework task, which consisted of a project that was supposed to be fixed. After this, I was supposed to wait for 1 month until after new year, so they can "open" new positions. After that, I was invited to another interview with team lead. Had to do some tasks on the spot and again, wait for an answer. Eventually, after two weeks of waiting, I was asked to fill the references, BUT, they said they have no open roles as of now, and I should need to wait for 2 weeks since (I want to anticipate this) they have a quick rotation of new workers. Nothing unusual as of now. 2 months went by and I was contacted by another recruiter (who also had questionable ability to write formal emails in english), with an offer for another position, but still not the initial one that I firstly applied. I said I was interested, and again, I was waiting for 2-3 weeks since they fully develop the position description, and finish their inner rotation. Now, as of March, it's been 2 months that I am accepted, and almost 4 months since the of the interview, and I got yet a new email, to try and apply to this new position from the beginning. This is pure disrespect to candidates and future employees and I would strongly avoid this company as an employee at all costs.

Second: interview with hiring manager 1hr 30 mins, talk about education, work experience, interests, role and a simple coding question
Third: Skills Assessment interview 1hr 30mins, Scheduled, not done yet
Fourth: On site interview (not done yet)
