I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Edimburgo, Escocia) in Apr 2020
Interview
Started with a phone call to gauge fit. Had a non-technical interview with the hiring manager to gauge fit. 2 hour technical interview after that, pretty standard questions. Overall a fast and pleasant experience with little to no hiccups. All done remotely.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Dublín, Dublín) in Apr 2020
Interview
Due to the pandemic my interview process was fully remote.
Round 1: online coding challenge with two questions and a short amount of time to solve them. I think the time limit of 25 mins for this needs to be re-examined as it's not enough time.
Round 2: Interview with software development manager to discuss solution to questions in Round 1. I appreciated that I got the opportunity to do this despite not having a perfect solution to the questions in the first round. The manager told me about the team and guided me toward the optimal solution to the questions.
Round 3: three back-to-back calls with senior members of the team. The interviews were mostly technical and I was asked to live code / pseudocode solutions to various algorithm and data structure questions. There were also some behavioural type questions near the end.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Dublín, Dublín) in Apr 2020
Interview
The process was very straightforward consisting of a code challenge and a video call interview with three members of the team. Code challenge time was very very tight. Overall the video call interview lasted slightly more than two hours. Also during the video interviews I have been asked to solve some simple coding exercises.
