Unilever UFLP Program interview questions

The interview process was very professional. First i had to apply online- the application included filling in basic information, a motivation letter and answering 3 question about situations when you had an idea and made it happen, when you needed to solve a problem and when you seized an opportunity. the next stage involved 2 short exams with business problems and logic. after passing this, there was a phone interview for 45 min asking mainly for situation example- creativity, leadership skills, decision making and more.
