Interview
The new recruitment program consists of an initial pymetric game (quite easy). If you pass, then you will be invited to the interview rounds covering 4 questions, 3 short cases (4 question each) and 1 big case (6 questions). The time limits for the short questions are 3 minutes but you have 3 trials and one- minute preparation each and for the long case 5 minutes to answer also 3 trials and 10 minutes to prepare

Interview
The interview process was very professional. First i had to apply online- the application included filling in basic information, a motivation letter and answering 3 question about situations when you had an idea and made it happen, when you needed to solve a problem and when you seized an opportunity. the next stage involved 2 short exams with business problems and logic.
after passing this, there was a phone interview for 45 min asking mainly for situation example- creativity, leadership skills, decision making and more.
