Immediately after applying I had to go through a 20-minutes quick math test online.
After completing it with a satisfying rating, I waited for a few days before being contacted by a recruiter to set up an preliminary phone interview.
The phone interview was actually very thorough, with typical HR questions (i.e personal strengths, weaknesses), as well as more detailed questions asking to recall special situations where you showed certain abilities or traits.
Even though it's an early stage interview, prepare to being asked for your wage expectations.
If you pass this interview, you continue on to a group dynamics session in the company HQ, and afterwards more interviews with company officials.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had to work as part of a group, as well as the final outcome.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Estambul) in Jan 2026
Interview
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
CV => Screening test => Digital interview (Digital assessment center followed by interview) => Offline assessment center => Final interview
