Online assessment followed by a phone interview asking competency based questions, questions about why I wanted to work in marketing, why unilever, and why FMCG industry. Very nice interviewer, made you feel at ease. Asked for examples of times I have been a leader, when I have had to make a difficult decisions.

Online interview via HireVue, consisting of both motivational and situational questions. You have time to prepare for each question and are able to re-record, making the process a bit less daunting. Interview allows you to build on your CV and give your view.

Submitted my CV and application form, application form asks you to write a blog post as if you had been their a year.
Next stage is a telephone interview which is very hard! They give you several different scenarios which are very wordy, as if you had already been working there a year and what you would do in different situations.

A Toni and guy shop in West London is not doing very well, compared to other competitors of a similar product. How would you demonstrate growth mindset to increase sales in this shop.
40 000 items of a product are to be sent to the retailer tomorrow however only 30 000 have been completed as there is a problem with the production line. What would you do?
An advertising campaign in launching for ice creams tomorrow, you and your team need to ensure that all the retailers have the appropriate materials, your line manager is not there and their is a chance you may be promoted, what do you do?
