After the application form there was a telephone interview and further an assessment centre: I f only got up to the telephone interview. Very uncomfortable and hard so be prepared. Know the 5 standards of leadership.

They give you questions to answer, and you are given around 3.5 minutes to figure out a response. Afterwards, they give you a case study of sorts where you explain how you would go about conveying this information to someone else.
