I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Karachi) in Apr 2012
Interview
The process included an initial screening test conducted at the university followed by two interviews. The interviews focused mainly on personal questions with very few technical questions. The first interview was entirely structured around the core competencies that the company looks for and evidence of how the candidate has displayed these qualities.

One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
